AI Assistent makes all that knowledge directly accessible through the Document Processing module. Upload your files via the dashboard and the AI fully reads, analyses and understands the content — from the first page to the last footnote.

The processing is intelligent, not merely technical. The AI understands the structure of a document: titles, paragraphs, tables, lists and numbered steps are all recognised and indexed correctly. When a customer asks a question answered in your installation manual, the bot quotes the relevant passage and cites the source document. This builds customer trust and makes information immediately verifiable.

Supported file formats include PDF, Word (.docx), plain text, CSV and more. You can group files into folders and label them so the AI can search contextually. A question about a specific product? The AI searches the linked product documentation first before scanning the full knowledge base.
