What is white label?
White label means the chatbot widget, chat window and all related communications appear entirely in your own branding — no Einstein or InterAIP references visible to your customers.
What can you customise?
- Logo and bot name matching your brand.
- Colours (primary, background, text) matching your website.
- Custom domain via CNAME (e.g. chat.yourcompany.com).
- System emails sent from your own email address.
- Chat window texts in your own tone and language.
White label for resellers
