One bot, multiple channels

The Einstein AI platform is built around the idea that your customers reach you via the channel that suits them — not just the one most convenient for you. Configure your bot once and distribute it to all desired channels.

Website Widget

The most popular integration. Add a single JavaScript snippet to your site and a chat window appears. Fully customisable: colour, logo, welcome message, opening hours, and language (auto-detected from browser). Mobile-responsive and works on all modern browsers.

WhatsApp Business

Connect via the official Meta Cloud API to a WhatsApp Business number. The bot automatically answers incoming WhatsApp messages. Requires an approved WhatsApp Business account and a dedicated phone number.

Email

The bot receives emails at your chosen address and replies automatically within seconds. For complex questions it can escalate to your human support team.

Telegram & Facebook Messenger

Telegram connects via a Bot Token from BotFather. Facebook Messenger connects via the Meta Graph API. Both require a business account on the respective platform.

Channel-specific settings

Each channel has its own configuration: welcome messages, language, escalation rules and per-channel statistics including conversation count, average duration and user satisfaction.
