Roles and permissions
Each team member is assigned one of four roles: Admin (full access), Editor (knowledge base and content), Viewer (reports and logs, read-only), or Agent (live chat handoff only).
Inviting a team member
Go to Settings → Team → Invite member to send an email invitation. The colleague logs in with their own credentials. Invitation links expire after 48 hours.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) and activity log
For sensitive roles you can enforce 2FA. Every team member action is logged and can be exported as CSV. Accounts can be deactivated instantly without affecting bots or knowledge base content.
